Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Zettar, Inc. (“Zettar,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.zettar.com (the “Site”), and your choices regarding that information.
Information you provide. When you contact us or request a demo through a form on the Site, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, work email, company, and message.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics to understand how the Site is used — for example, pages visited, approximate location (country or region), device and browser type, and the source that referred you. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
Analytics cookies. When you select “Accept” on our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure Site usage. If you select “Decline,” these cookies are not set and analytics does not run.
Your consent choice. We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. It is not used to track you.
No advertising cookies. The Site does not require non-essential cookies to function, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect Site-usage statistics — only after you consent. Google processes this data on our behalf; for details see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out across all websites. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercising these rights will not make the service unavailable to you.
Manage cookies. You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time:
Other requests. To exercise any other right, reach us through our contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law.
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data we hold.
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
